CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. When you attend your scheduled appointment, the deposit is applied toward your final balance. We respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. When proper notice is provided, the deposit will remain as a credit and may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment. Deposits are not refunded. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. Missed appointments and no-call/no-shows will also forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. Late arrival may shorten the treatment time to avoid affecting the next guest. PACKAGES Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Depending on the package purchased, all sessions must be completed within the stated expiration period of six months or one year from the purchase date. The applicable expiration period will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period. Financing or a payment plan may be available for eligible packages. When a payment plan is approved, the total package balance must be divided into no more than three payments. The package must be paid in full before the client receives the final session. All scheduled payments remain due regardless of package usage. RETAIL PRODUCTS All retail product sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, spa credit, gift cards, services, or other products, except when required by law or if Zen Touch Spa confirms that an item was defective at the time of purchase. GIFT CARDS Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The remaining balance stays available as a Zen Touch Spa credit until it is used. Gift cards may be applied only toward eligible services offered by Zen Touch Spa. By booking an appointment or completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
